www.familysearch.org - searching the IGI you can now find the children of individual couples by simply typing the parents' names on the right hand side - selecting a region - and nothing else - then clicking Search. NOTE this website has had a major revamp. You need to select 'Advanced Search' from the 'Search Records' drop-down menu.
The http://pilot.familysearch.org will invite you to "Search for Your Ancestors in a Specific Collection". Click on the map or on View all Collections to see digitise images and indices of census records, British Parish Registers and more. NOTE for many of these you will 'end up' with the original commercial website where you will have to pay to see the actual image.
